The Raven 07:47
Distinctly I remember, it was in the bleak December, Each separate dying ember, wrought its ghost upon the floor. And the silken sad uncertain rustling of each purple curtain Filled me with fantastic terrors that I never felt before; Presently my soul grew stronger; hesitating then no longer, "Sir,” said I “or Madam, your forgiveness I implore.” That I was scarce I heard you, but what more could I do I opened wide the door there was darkness and nothing more. Chorus Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Open here I flung the shutter, when with many a flirt and flutter, In there stepped a stately Raven of the saintly days of yore. Perched upon a bust of Pallas, just above my chamber door. Perched. And sat, and nothing more. "Though thy crest be shaven, thou," I said, "art sure no craven, Ghastly grim and ancient Raven wandering from the Nightly shore Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!" Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore." Chorus Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Guitar Solo Jan Guitar Solo Martin "Prophet!" said I, "thing of evil! Prophet still, if bird or devil! Whether Tempter sent, or tempest tossed thee here ashore, Tell this soul with sorrow laden if, within the distant Aiden. It shall clasp a sainted maiden whom the angels name Lenore "Be that word our sign of parting, bird or fiend!" I shrieked, upstarting "Get thee back into the tempest and the Night's Plutonian shore! Take thy beak from out my heart, and take thy form from off my door!" Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore." Chorus Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore Nevermore, quoth the Raven nevermore (Narration) And the Raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door; And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming And the lamp-light o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor; And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor Shall be lifted―nevermore!

Nowhere Left To Hide Verse 1 Here I go now, down that road again Looking for some way to ease the pain Now, on my own, facing the dark side My former self, was my only pride Chorus Wasting precious time I close my eyes Accepting of my fate I've nowhere left to hide Wasting precious time I close my eyes Accepting of my fate I've nowhere left to hide Verse 2 I cannot see, cannot see the light Out on my own, trapped in endless night The long shadow of fear in my mind What is out there? Now I have to find Chorus Verse 3 Now, here I am, sat here in ruins It equals nothing, my only sin Will I escape, with my sanity? I cannot know, I cannot be free Chorus

V.1 My head is spinning like a yo-yo on a string. I listen hard but still I can't feel a thing. You need to tell me in a way I'll understand. Reveal the truth to me, obey my one command. Ch. Lost within a shell of the man that I once was I can't tell if my former self is lost or just forgotten If I ever find it once again will it make a difference to the way I live my life For now and evermore? V.2 Seclusion now consumes me I'm feeling so alone. The emptiness that holds me, weighs me, down just like a stone. I'm confused and don't know the way that I should turn. My sanity is way behind, I've no more fuse to burn. Ch. Solo Ch. V.3 Threatening thoughts of danger lurk in corners in mind. Where no-one dare explore 'cause they're afraid of what they'll find. If they searched for long enough they'll find an evil twist 'Cause there's two of us in here and we're clouded by a mist. Ch.

In Ruins 05:19
Verse 1 Walking along this lonely road I like the sound of silence all alone We live in ignorance, no reality For most of us, the truth’s too hard to see Time moves on, faster than we know Longing to live, just moving with the flow There’s something here, this we cannot see Something deep inside of us is longing to be free Chorus We are In Ruins (I cannot believe) We are In Ruins (and we can never leave) Verse 2 We aren’t alone, nothing helps us now Destiny will surely show us how In the end there’s no path to eternity All we have is thousands with nothing to believe Our time will come and we all know why All the people staring blindly to the sky In the end are we soon to see Who really are your friends, return to reality Chorus Verse 3 Lonely thoughts, my mind is in decay Just to see, time is on its way Don’t you see it doesn’t have to be this way This change if only for one day If only people would try to make things right We not be ending, we way not have to fight Don’t wish for death, one day we will see Be careful what you wish for, it may not set you free Chorus
